Description
FLUSH WALL 12" panels available either flush or with a 1" reveal with a selection of panel stiffener options in minor striations or smooth-surface. Spacing for “V” rib stiffener: 3/6/3" (H), 4/4/4" (V), minor striations to appear smooth with no stiffener ribs. Appropriate for vertical or horizontal installation.
Application
Wall covering made from 24- or 26 gauge Galvalume®, pre-painted Fluoropon Kynar®, meeting CRRC, Energy Star and LEED standards. FLUSH WALL panels provide a vertical or horizontal wall covering for a variety of industry applications and may be installed over open framing or solid surface material.
Material Content
FLUSH WALL panels are LEED certified with a minimum of 30% post-consumer content recycled steel. The panels feature a “Cool” paint finish of Fluoropon® PVDF SR Reflective with 70% KYNAR®. The GRADE 50 (50ksi) and (65psi) steel coil comes in AZ55 bare or AZ50 painted Fluoropon® with 70% KYNAR®. Concealed fasteners provide a clean, smooth interlocking design. Each panel is 12" in width with a flush or revealed inter-lock to meet design requirements.

Industry Notes
“Oil-canning,” an inherent waviness in sheet metal, is an industry-accepted condition and not cause for rejection.
Panel Length
Maximum length for the FLUSH WALL Panel, 45'. Minimum length for
non-perforated FLUSH WALL panel is 6'5". Minimum length for perforated SOFFIT panel
is 4'.
Warranty
FLUSH WALL panels feature a standard 20-year material and paint finish warranty and may be included in our TOTAL SYSTEM weather-tight warranties.
Contractor Certification
All contractors must be ACE certified for all warranted projects. Re-certification required every three years. All inspections by third-party Registered Roof Consultants, (RCI).
Flashings
Flashing materials available in 24- and 26-gauge 50,000 psi yield, following SMACNA guidelines (ASTM A446-76 grade 50).
Color Selection
FLUSH WALL panels available in Fluoropon® (Kynar 500) or Weather-X® (Siliconized Polyester) finishes. |
