Description
NAIL-LINE panels available in 12", 16" or 18" widths made from 24- or 26-gauge Galvalume®. Interlocking system provides movement from “slotted” pan-head attachment. Panels include two rib stiffeners to minimize the effects of “oil canning.” Unique anti-siphoning seam design eliminates water infiltration

Application
NAIL-LINE panels designed for installation on wood decks or metal deck substrates with a minimum slope of 3:12 for 1" rib or 1.5:12 for 1.5" rib. Application appropriate for fascia trim, mansard or wall installations. Suitable for retail, residential or vacation properties. No clips necessary to attach to substrates, minimizing installation labor.

Material Content
NAIL-LINE panels are LEED and EnergyStar certified with a minimum of 30% post-consumer recycled steel content, featuring a “Cool” paint finish of Fluoropon® PVDF SR Reflective with 70% KYNAR® or with Weather-X (Siliconized Polyester) paint. The GRADE 50 (50ksi) and (65psi) steel coil comes in AZ55 bare or AZ50 painted Fluoropon® with 70% KYNAR®.

Industry Notes
“Oil-canning,” an inherent waviness in sheet metal, is an industry-accepted condition and not cause for rejection.

Nail-Line
NAIL-LINE architectural panels provide an interlocking 1" or 1½" leg at slopes of 3:12 to 1.5:12.

Panel Length
Maximum length for each NAIL-LINE panel, 40'. Minimum cut length, 2'.

Warranty
NAIL-LINE panels come with a standard 20-year material and paint finish warranty.

Flashings
Flashing materials available in 24- and 26-gauge 50,000 psi yield, following SMACNA guidelines (ASTM A446-76 Grade 50).

Color Selection
NAIL-LINE panels available in Fluoropon® KYNAR® or Weather-X silicone polyester finishes.
