Architectural Integrated Metals, Inc. is excited to announce the start up of our new training facility for our ACE Contractor Certification School. This new facility will house both the classroom and our hands-on laboratory. Contractors, architects and owners will come together in a full-fledged training program that addresses all aspects of roofing preparedness, evaluative, instrumental and applied technologies. This training allows contractors and owners to find cost effective ways of meeting their budgets. ACE Training focuses on all aspects of roofing for new, re-roof and retrofit roofs and does not limit its focus to the Metal Building mentality of metal roofing. This information includes, what do we look for, how you use that information and finally, how we make all these ideas come together in applied knowledge and installation techniques.

Architectural Integrated Metals, Inc. (AIM, INC.) is pleased to announce that we have achieved INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION SERVICES certification as the FIRST Metal Roofing Manufacturer, within North America, to be certified as a manufacturer of Standing Seam Metal roofs and related products. This process requires time and commitment to two things that have become a requirement of manufacturers, credibility and quality.

While companies that manufacture metal buildings have ended their relationship with the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC, December 2007), many have yet to complete the new standards of quality and credibility that are now required of manufacturers. 

AIM, Inc., on their own initiative, sought to establish certification from IAS for Standing Seam Metal Roofs and the purchasing of materials, engineering, estimating, detailing, and manufacturing of said materials prior to any other manufacturer specializing in Standing Seam Metal Roofs.

Architects and Engineers have mandated that these quality control standards be implemented and monitored by the IAS. The rigorous requirements mandate audits by independent certified engineers, approved and recognized by the IAS. The process is lengthy and maintains an extremely high degree of due diligence in virtually all phases of the certification process. Once complete, architects, engineers and owners can be assured that AIM, Inc. is certified by IAS and maintains an extremely high level of quality control, engineering, and manufacturing of our products.
